This little man just turned one! The session started out just a little bit rocky-he was feeling a bit shy and VERY unsure about me. His big sister, however, was the sweetest, friendliest girl and she made him feel much more comfortable. When she wasn’t comforting him in the photos, she was standing next to me and helping him smile. When he wasn’t falling for those tricks any longer, we gave him a sucker and he was a happy camper. When all else fails, give them a sucker. It works nearly every time! Just look how happy it made him.

One of my favorite parts of a one year session is the cake smash. It is funny every.single.time. He dove into this cake, using his mouth, hands, AND feet.
