I met this sweet family at their home in Avon, IN. It was a chilly evening, but the sun was beautiful. And truth be told, I don’t mind shooting on those chilly evenings—it’s nice to keep warm under a scarf and a cozy sweater. I mean, I am a summer lover for sure…but I do love cozy fall clothes!

When I arrived at their house, their oldest son opened the door to welcome me into their home, where I was greeted by an adorable dog! I met the family and we went outside for our photos. Mom and Dad were worried we may not get a lot of smiles from little man, but he finally gave us a few smiles when grandma played peek-a-boo behind my back with Mickey Mouse. Big brother was all about photos, though, and was more than happy to participate!
