Meet the Tharp family! I recently had the pleasure of catching up with this incredible crew at their family farm, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight. Nick and Beth are part of the driving force behind LT Farm Meats, a true gem in our community. They are joined by their three farm girls- Kate, Hannah, and Grace. Their passion for what they do is infectious, and it’s clear that their work goes beyond just farming; it’s about fostering connections and nurturing a lifestyle.

Spending time with Beth is always a treat. Our conversations often drift into our shared love for our homesteads and raising our farm kids—a journey filled with muddy boots, endless curiosity, and life lessons that only the farm can teach. There’s something so special about watching children grow up surrounded by nature’s wonders. I also thoroughly enjoy the fact that these girls love to include their pets in their photos-because my daughter would absolutely do the same! This is yet another reminder of the fact that I am in good company with them.

Nick and Beth’s commitment to their craft not only brings quality meats to our tables but also strengthens the bonds within our community. They’re more than just farmers; they’re stewards of tradition and innovation alike.
